First floor:

The 3 bedrooms; 2 twin bedrooms and one double are located on the first floor and all provide ample storage and sea views. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower). French doors from the master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms allow access to a wide shared balcony with sea views. The second twin bedrooms have a Juliette style balcony and sea views from the window. There is a shower room serving the two twin bedrooms on this floor.

Outside areas:

Villa offers well furnished outside space with open sea views, and a private infinity swimming pool with sunbathing terrace with ample sun loungers. A shaded terrace off the living area is furnished with dining and lounging furniture. There is also a small decked area which has a table and chairs and the property is surrounded by mature gardens which provide a reasonable level of privacy.

The villa has its own infinity pool for sole use as well as use of the fabulous 25m communal infinity pool with children’s’ section. The communal pool is 150 metres away from the villa.
