A stylish furnished villa located in the heart of the old village, keeping with the traditions of Kalkan and adding a dash of comfort and luxury.  Only a very short walk from the beach and harbour, this brand new house is designed by the same international architects who created Kalkan's most famous private house, featured in several international magazines.

The villa is positioned in the original old section of the village which has a tranquil feel and is removed from the bustle of Kalkan life, even though it is but a short distance away. The harbour side restaurants, local shops and the local beach are all very close by.

The villa covers three floors and has been designed entirely in keeping with the traditional style of architecture whilst providing very much more in terms of comfort and facilities than is the norm. The villa has four good sized bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as two sitting rooms.

The highlight of the villa - in keeping with Kalkan life - is the spectacular roof terrace. The roof terrace jacuzzi spa is to be found here and many a pleasant hour will undoubtedly be spent relaxing on the terrace enjoying the privileged and spectacular views.

Those who enjoy sea swimming will find Kalkan town beach only a minute away - perfect for an early morning or evening dip when you will have the entire beach to yourself!

Steps lead up from a pedestrian alley to the front door. As the villa is built on the hillside, entrance is into:

FIRST FLOOR
A large well furnished air-conditioned sitting room with feature fire place, television / dvd and cd player.

Bedroom 1
A door opens into the spacious master double bedroom. A balcony overlooks the traditional houses in front and to the sea. A separate door leads into the dressing room, which in turn opens onto the elegant bathroom with bath and shower / WC.

GROUND FLOOR

The remaining three bedrooms are located at this level. These bedrooms share two spacious bathrooms with shower / WC, both of which have a self-contained entrance.

Steps lead down to the basement, where the utility room is located. The staircase leads up to the First Floor and then on to the:

The second open-plan sitting room, dining area, well appointed kitchen, side balcony and additional W/C are to be found on this floor. One would be sure to spend much of one's time at this level as a picture window provides absolutely stunning views across the terrace, the roof tops of Kalkan, the harbour and the sea beyond.

French windows open onto the beautiful roof terrace which sums up Kalkan living entirely. Many a pleasant hour can be spent relaxing in the jacuzzi spa, on the sun beds or dining al fresco whilst enjoying the magnificent vistas.
