Payment Policy: 

25% of the total payment must be made as a deposit during the booking and the rest of the payment upon delivery.  Payments: bank transfer or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) - fax the credit card number, last 3 digits of the card on the back, full name on card, expiration date, payment amount in full and signature, 3.5% charge for credit card transactions). 

Only credit card payments are accepted for mail order – debit cards are not issued by the system. You will need to fill out the mail order form, which we can email to you immediately or can be found here.  The completed mail order form can then be scanned and emailed to us, or faxed to 90.242 8442456.

Cancellation Policy:

90% refund of deposit if cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to pick-up of vehicle.  If cancellation falls within 2 weeks of pick-up, no refund of deposit.  

The original 3.5% transaction fee on credit card payments is non-refundable.  Due to currency fluctuations in Turkey, there may be a small change of amount when deposit is refunded because we use the Central Bank currency rates.

Mavi Real Estate and Propery Services holds the right to change the cancellation policy, however this will not be reflected upon bookings already made.  The cancellation policy in effect at the time of each booking will still apply.
